Chamber Cartel teaming up with M Rich Center for Creative Arts, Media & Technology, BEACONS and Cultivating Cultures for their August concert "Living in Light." The program features music from guest artist Margot Rood, a celebrated soprano from Boston who has been "hailed for her luminosity and grace" by the New York Times. "Living in Light" is taken from the the title of songs for soprano and cello by Heather Gilligan. The evening's program also features an extended suite of tunes from superhero minimalist composer Philip Glass.

Chamber Cartel, Goat Farm's resident New Music ensemble, is staging the entirety of their 2016 concert series in conjunction with #GoatFarmBEACONS members (BEACONS is a progressive density experiment in South Downtown ATL btw). August 27th is the penultimate concert of the season- mark your calendars for the Cartel's annual sendoff on October 15th as well.
